Charles Town, WV – Quiet Grid Technologies is pleased to announce a major leadership transition designed to support the company’s rapid global growth in energy-storage innovation and engineering consulting.
James Hagerman Appointed President & CEO
Effective immediately, Mr. James Hagerman has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Quiet Grid Technologies.
James brings decades of experience in:
• Power electronics and inverter system design
• Transformers and high-power conversion equipment
• Battery energy storage (BESS) architecture and grid-integration engineering
• Building systems and infrastructure design
As part of the company’s strategic restructuring, Mr. Fadi Zara will transition from President & CEO into the role of Technical Board Member. In this position, he will focus on:
• Advanced BESS hardware product development
• Noise-reduction technologies for inverters, chillers, transformers, and battery containers
• Engineering consulting for global clients
Fadi’s 25+ years of specialization in industrial acoustics and mechanical engineering will continue to shape Quiet Grid’s technical direction.
Supporting EVO Power’s Global Product Development
This leadership change enables Fadi to dedicate significant time to leading global product-development programs for EVO Power, where he will provide technical direction and engineering program leadership across multiple regions.
To support these responsibilities, Fadi will divide his time between:
• Rancho Santa Margarita, California, and
• Melbourne, Australia
